you need to use a "collector" instead of a "vent" to process water into "h2/O2" generator - collects water in the form of ice

love space engineers, it's been a few years. i remember playing with my friends and we made some epic stuff, crazy survival stations and an attempt at making a space elevator, my computer broke recently, so ive been focusing on real life so i can buy or build a newer one, old one was 8 years old, 1000+ hours on this game

Use the g menu on the ship, block tools, ship drills will be available for right-click drilling. Keep on going!

And you could use the 2x1 sloped blocks to get the traditional ship look.

The current water mod [3.0] uses pressurized spaces instead of tanks for buoyancy. If you have an enclosed room with a powered, connected vent inside it, it will float. It doesn't need to be connected to anything more than another air vent on the outside set to depressurize.

Please excuse the name lol but how about trying to make the solar panels look like sails your going with the wood theme so I think the solar panels would be good as sails both sides would be catching light and probably look cool
