It wasn't as terrible as many reviews are trying to make it seem. Besides it's a first season. The first season of every Greg Daniels show has been poorly received, THEN they figure out the characters and flesh out storylines. Both The Office and and Parks and Rec we're almost cancelled in their first season.

Please put Community S2E14 back on Netflix. As a teenager this episode helped me deal with depression and suicidal thoughts. Community has some of the most well rounded black characters ever seen on television and it is not a racist show. Please don’t be a part of this digital book burning. This episode is so important to so many people who have survived or are currently battling poor mental health.

2nd episode was definitely better but the show never really finds its footing. the jokes never land, the cinematography doesn't fit the comedy format at all, the editing is weird.
