Hi thanks for asking so you just use watercolor paper and a circle cutter you can cut all different shapes and I use repositional adhesive 3M brand that's it you can use a paintbrush too you don't have to use an airbrush just gently paint on the inside of the circle from the outside in not too wet of a brush just a little paint kind of dry like dry brushing thanks again👍

It's called an airbrush I use a iwata hpc dual action top feed although you can use paint brushes for the same effect by dry brushing and blending it just takes longer thanks again 💥🚀🤙
