Have you given the Bolt Carbine 'Marksman' a go yet? It has half dmg, but twice the fire rate and ammo of the stalker bolt rifle, so it can shred majoris while also having decent minoris clearing.

6 shots to get a tyranid Warrior to Executable, and that's with the first shot being buffed from Stealth and investing heavily on headshot perks. They need to buff the damage a little bit considering this won't even be the hardest difficulty for long. I love this gun though, first one I maxed out as I also use it on Tactical. Shame it feels better on Tactical due to the auspex buff being insane.

Yeah it definitely needs something to make it stand apart, probably more pierce, ammo and maybe perfect hip fire accuracy. It's feels good right now but you are completely right about it feeling much better on tactical

I feel like they don't want bolt rifles to be competetive at clearing majoris enemies. They just want them to be minoris clearing weapons.

@@karankenZexactly, they want you to use guns to clear minor enemies, and melee to clear majoris and up, with the two actual sniper weapons being the only reliable majoris killers

13:02 huh, I guess the game does save your loadout for the bots, your heavy has the Gathalmor skin on his weapon.

Bots get relic weapons on ruthless, artificer on substantial and so on.
