Space Marine Terminators - Review (WH40K)

Great set, I bought two Boxes! They look MEAN, especially when you stand them next to an unarmored human. The way they go together convinces me that IF GW want to, they could do Chapter specific upgrades for the greaves, backs of the powerfists or Chest plate and Shoulder paudrons. (Although it would be great if they made specific Deathwing, Wolfguard ornate Blood Angels Terminators etc)

Terminators are probably my favorite models through the ages. It was about time they chunked out them to be bigger.

I do really like that they've included fist options for the sergeant, though it's a bit of a shame that rules-wise the sword is mostly just a worse fist. It makes my other first company squads a bit sad with their worse loadout. The sculpts are great though. I had to get these to bulk out my Leviathan squad.

An overdue update of terminator squad, sadly this update didn't fully upgrade the arsenal of terminator squad, you know like melta, lascanon, or even gravcanon

????? Never had those weapons for terminators. ‘Overdue’ is also subjective I think its a great kit and look forward to the CC kit and all the chapter specific units these will spawn. Possibly even improved tartaros and cataphractii.

@Sup3rSaiy3n no I don't mean they are ready. Just that seeing these makes me excited to see the Chaos versions. As, just like the various chapters, Chaos will undoubtedly be based on this kit.

They are primaris terminators so no they are a little bit bigger. Chaos dont have primaris.

The whole Primaris bullshit doesn´t fit into the lore imo. These Terminators for me are simply correctly sized normal Terminators in the size they always were supposed to have. Nice Video!

Lmao. I always find it funny and a bit sad when people in our community totally throw out the official stance by the company that makes their models to suit their own point of view. It’s in black and white these are Primaris OR Legacy. Fact. What you’re saying is that space marines have always been the ‘wrong’ size for almost 30years. Clearly they have not been otherwise they wouldn’t have sold so many. They have been the size they needed to be for the time they were in. As their biggest seller, GW are ALWAYS looking for ways to sell you the same stuff but at a higher price. Making space marines slightly larger is one of the ways they have done this. We are at the point now where 5 assault marines are £35! Just so we’re clear I do not like the concept of Primaris as different marines. I personally think they should have owned it and just said ‘these are bigger, better scaled space marines and we’re phasing out the smaller ones’ from the start. I dont think they should have had to change the lore to fit around their business model but they are intrinsically linked. Thank you for saying it’s a nice video and thanks for watching.
