Temporal Scout 41 report: in all my time spent scouting the past in hopes of bringing clarity to the future, I thought that I'd seen it all. That nothing would surprise me. But subject Zedaph has managed to do just that. He's traveled to the End dimension and taken the humble pig with him in order to...well, I'm honestly not sure that there's a purpose. It seems to be entirely for fun, which is something that we have forgotten in the far future. Perhaps a pig playground would have helped us connect more with nature. Maybe we wouldn't have exterminated nearly everything organic on our world if we just dangled around in the outdoors a bit more. I guess there is something to be learned even if the true purpose of the piggies is not yet known. I'm going to hang out with the pigs a bit...clear my mind. End report.

That timelapse around the four-minute mark? **chef's kiss** absolute masterpiece, there's so many great details I can't begin to name them all, it's amazing. Also, as far as space-pig ideas go, how about a honey slide? If you could get them to slide down slowly somehow, that might give a similar effect to the slow-falling potions. (Plus you might be able to put some more honeyvator technology into use to get them to swoop upwards.) I suppose the real question would be whether it would fit into the spacey colour palette, but I'm sure a master of the minecraft arts like yourself could make it work ;D.

Normally when someone says "hay I've an idea, I'm gonna take some pigs to the end dimension and make a piggy spacecraft." I'd usually say " BE WHYYYYYYY?!" Now I get it. ITS AWESOME! Could you do a whole space fleet of different mobs? Cow space craft, chicken space craft, panda space craft flying towards an enemy mob fleet to do epic battle? Hostile fleet vs passive fleet? The battle of the End-dor?

I think you just inspired me to make the best pig farm ever. Maybe you can use the idea? If you stand in the middle of fences, a shulker at the same level will shoot at you but doesn't hit you. Make the floor out of hoppers, and hold a carrot in your hand and all the pigs around you will surround you. Shulkers will shoot at you and hit the pigs. The pigs will float up, and when they fall they take enough damage to die. Catching a shulker only requires making a minecart go past them, one block away, so it's actually really easy to do. But transporting them to your farm will take a lot of rails so it might make a good stream project. Would probably only take 2 hours or so if you can get Xisuma to reset one of the end chunks so you can get the closest end city.

Jump boost and slow falling would make pigs jump high up when climbing and fall slowly. You could also move a shulkrr there and have it hit pigs to make them fly (you would need to heal them though).

I found a really cool way to make them hover! Make the floor carpet, covering fences/walls and some regular blocks, and then the pigs will float just above the ground and come back down as they walk. Love the concept!

So happy that through countless attempts of science and trial and error you finally got pigs to fly... IN SPACE!!! Also, might want to consider slime blocks for the floor. They'd get rid of your problem of piggies slamming against the floor and you could even cover them in carpet or iron trap doors to hide them :) Plus it'd be so much fun to see piggies bouncing around all over the place.
