Let life be healthy to be happy It's not given. can overcome If you have the strength to endure That person deserves applause for his life. can walk now Being able to breathe is something I'm really grateful for. Hard days pass like the passing rain... I think you need to find your self-esteem first and the mental illness will get better. And let's live just for today, let's live for another day tomorrow... As I was thinking like this, a moment came when I suddenly thought, 'I'm glad I was alive...' While treating depression, I learned what is most important in life. And then I realized the importance of children. Depression turned out to be a turning point in my life. I started tidying up to treat depression, and while cleaning, I even made a KZbin channel, so I'm receiving so much love from everyone~ It hurt my heart a lot, so I was able to make a video that heals other people. Kim Warren, too, in a few years, there will always come a moment when you want to say, "I'm glad I'm alive. This is what happiness is..."...

It's not just the products but the way you use them that is so inspiring. The organisation of the bottles and stick blender was epic. I know why I also respond to you. I've had a long illness which results in pain. Although not depression I understand long term illness, just as you do. It is exhausting and I've realized that I need to do a little bit every day and to also completely organize everything in my house the way you do so that myself and others know where to put everything. 아이보리님께 힘든 일들이 찾아왔네 보네요...ㅜ.ㅜ 인생은 건강하라고 행복하라고 주어진게 아니라고 해요. 이겨낼수 있고 버텨낼 수 있는 힘이 있다면 그 사람은 자신의 인생에 박수를 받기에 충분합니다. 지금 걸을 수 있고 숨쉴수 있는건 정말 감사한 일입니다. 힘든일은 지나가는 비처럼 지나가게 되고.... 우선 자존감을 찾아야 그 마음의 병도 나아지는 것 같아요. 그리고 오늘 하루만 살자, 내일되면 또 오늘 하루만 살자... 이렇게 생각하면서 지내다 보니 어느새 제가 '살아있길 잘했구나...'싶은 순간이 오더라구요~~ 우울증 치료하면서 인생에서 무엇이 제일 중요한지도 알게 되었고 그러면서 아이들의 소중함도 깨닫게 되었고... 우울증 걸린 것이 오히려 저의 인생의 터닝 포인트가 되었답니다. 우을증 치료해 보려고 시작한 정리정돈, 청소를 하다보니 유투브 까지 하게 되서 여러분에게 이렇게 사랑 많이 받고 있어요~ 마음을 많이 아파 보았기에 다른 분들에게 힐링이 되는 영상도 만들 수 있게 되었습니다. 아이보리님도 몇년 후면 "살아있기를 잘했구나..행복이 이런거지...."싶은 순간이 꼭 찾아옵니다.... 멀리서 응원할게요~~

실버버튼 축하축하 축하드립니다 🎉 저도 우울증에 대인기피증 까지 어릴적부터 쓸고 닦는것을 좋아하던 제가 노후에 무엇을 배우면 좋을까 하다가 손주들 유치원 종일반에 다닐 무렵 내가 좋아하는 일이 무엇일까 생각하다가 요양보호사 자격증을 먼저 취득후 대인기피증으로 취업은 잠시 미루고 문화센터에서 정리정돈 자격증 취득하는 수업이 있어서 처음엔 그냥 우리집 정리 하려고 공부하다가 넘 재미있어서 강사님들의 권유로 좀 늦은감은 있지만 자격증 취득후 정리코디로 활동하고 있어요 넘 재밌고 성취감과 자존감이 높아졌네요 👍 👍 의뢰인은 손주들 유치원 학부형들이라 맘도 편하고 일대일 작업이라 저희집 정리하듯 대인기피증도 이겨내고 있네요 ㅎㅎ 영상을 보며 저와 비숫한 상황에 더 친근함을 느끼며 오늘도 퇴근길 버스안에서 영상구독하며 힘을 얻어갑니다 무더위에 건강유의하시고 더 성장하길 응원할게요 행복하세요 💕 💜 💏

Thank you for sharing. I can relate to your feelings. I will hold your words close to my heart and hope I can start to do more for myself. I often feel like a doormat - I let others walk all over me and do so much for them- and when I “don’t” - they get irritated. I am being taken for granted and I let it happen. It’s a process. A hard lesson. I too will try - you have touched upon something quite deep. Am I responsible for my own happiness while environmental factors try to pull me down? I have shared this with my doctor. 좋은영상 감사해요..에필로그의 말들이 너무 와닿아서 계속 보고있네요..저도 2년전 너무 상처가되는 일을 겪고 여전이 헤어나오지못하고있어요. 노력하고있지만 저도 사람이 무서워지니..정말 극소수를 제외하고는 대인관계를 안하게되네요..사람좋아하고 항상 바삐 사람들을 만나다 이렇게 사니 외롭기도하다가 그 모든 관계들이 허무했구나 내가 노력해서 이어지던 관계였구나 싶어서 정말 소중한 관계에 집중하자 하고있네요. 근데 가장 중요한건 나라는걸 자꾸 잊어요. 내가 중심이 되자않으니 또 관계에 집착하게 되고..또 상처입고..이 영상보면서 많이 배웁니다. 나혼자 행복해도 괜찮도록. 내가 마음이 안정되어야 주변도 살필수있겠죠? 계속 좋은영상 부탁해요. 힘들었는데 위롭받고 눈문또록하고갑니다
