This project is already over a year old. I have now built the 5th prototype and continually improved it.
I often need a stable table on the construction site. And now I've finally created something that will hold up.
Also very space-saving in combination with the folding chair. Perfect for someone who has a small DIY maker workshop.

Das ist tatsächlich das Zubehörteil, was für jeden Anfänger am nützlichsten ist beim Schweißen lernen. Und dann auch noch ultra kompakt und platzsparend. Mal wieder Hut ab vor der Idee und der Umsetzung. Auch der Flow im Video ist richtig super 😊👍

I disagree. I love diresta for all he does and I tend to operate much like him in that I just go at it, not that accurate but I'll work it out in the end. The Metalist is in his own class, he is way more precise than diresta.

Love your work Metalist. The one thing I would have changed would be pull style spring loaded pins where you had the screw in locks. Like you see on an adjustable weight machine. It would make for quicker transitions. I will be buying some of your plans.

My mobility is currently limited to a wheelchair or walker after a fall while hunting left me with a fractured skull and two broken legs. When you put the wheels on it reminded me of my walker and I thought that after I can get around better to build a custom walker out of aluminum hahaha

Sehr gut gemacht,und auf jeden Fall stabiler als mein 79€ Weldinger den ich immer draußen verwende.Toll ist auch die Tischplatte mit den Spannlöchern wo meine gerade mal 3 mm stark ist und nur Nuten zum mit Schraubzwingen durchgehen hat😬.Das bringt mich auf die Idee ein massiveres Blech zu nehmen und auch Löch zu bohren .Wie bei meinem Siegmund am Arbeitsplatz.Wie immer ein sehr gelungenes Video alleine die Kameraführung ist genial.Grüße aus Sulz

i like this design so much i tried to order a set of plans with pay pal and got an error something went wrong, it looks like a better designed portable welding table the you can buy here in the states. Adding in the design to conect two tables to extend was cool as well.
