@Space Vatnik The problem with cult is the same that with revs, and that's that all it takes to make shit go haywire is some dumbass converted running around without a mask or sunglasses. Although Cult CAN be sneaky because you can meetup with fellow round start cultists. One of my favourite games was when we were 4 cultists and we didn't really convert anyone, only did so for 2-3 peeps and based on Lavaland. By the time people were starting to notice we have set up the cult to victory and won in approximiately 40 minutes. Also we made fake doors and teleports in bathrooms. It's the place people least expect it :P

It has been 3 years or something since Sseth video about ss13 and i want to give it a go. I was reading wiki and tutorials about ss13, contols is the thing im most anxious about. What should i choose for a starting character? I heard people dislike assistants (graytide) and hate non-humans, especially cat people.

Honestly be what you want to most of the players are non human anyways though being a assistant is like being a bum. I’d say choose a role you find interesting and play it you can learn while you play

Play any role and get familiar with the controls. Assistent is a good role if you want to figure out the station and learn the controls. I would say if you have a friend that knows how to play the game that would be great because they can teach you. Dont get discouraged the game looks daunting at first but watching videos about it and actually playing it you should get the hang of it quickly.

Assistant for one round to get used to most basic controls. Then janitor. Then cargo tech or bartender. Then paramedic, doc, miner. After that you'll have a good enough idea of what to play next. Human or lizard is best choice.

I prefer it with no commentary far more, it's focusing on the antics, not some overreacting individual trying to make a joke every 5-10 seconds with jump cuts. The Action here was good, the music was well chosen, that's my reason for watching. Joey is always getting up to something spicy. If Melbert did ever do (voice) audio with his videos, I would still totally watch, I just enjoy the carnage and the tunes.
