USE ORGAN MANIPULATION FOR IMPLANTS Augmentation only replaces the body part. Just use organ manipulation, and then drop the implants inside just before you can close the operation.

I never saw the use in anesthetics, no has ever used it on me or have I used it on anyone else. I play on tg though.

Guys, what is an RP intensive or oriented? I am trying my hand on yog and is not. Yog guys talked to me about paradise and how easly they got banned from there. But again, if they who don't roleplay get banned from an RP server, I'll do fine, since I roleplay.

You probably forgot to put them on an operating table or you used the harm intention.

don't forget to start the operation with the drapes. Make sure they are lying down. Make sure you are on help intention. Make sure this is the right step that you are supposed to take.

one year late but another reason would be that there is already another surgery type active, when you use drape on a body part other than the one with the original surgery the menu will appear and work like normal, but it doesn't actually start another surgery type nor cancel the earlier, wich can lead to confusion.

basically if this happens just check the other parts with drape to see if it cancels a surgery so you can begin a new one.

This is great but where do I get replacement organs or how to I fix them? like a Punctured lung for example

Things have probably changed since I last played, but you would ask genetics to make a clone for you to harvest the organs from, if you wanna go the less ethical route, haha. I think cargo can also order a crate of organs, but again it's been a long time since I've played.
