Cailean Garrett But to win the lottery is the equivalent of signing up and being accepted as an astronaut 5670 consecutive times. There are two sides.
@caileangarrett14166 жыл бұрын
I understand what you guys are saying, I thought the same thing at first when I saw the statistic. However the percentages are not just based on ratios of chance ex. lottery, but more on the premise of eligibility. Billions of people are capable of joining the lottery as their is an indefinate space for gamblers. Millions of people in the U.S. are capable to run for president but they just decide not to. On top of that the elections only happen once every 4 years. When it comes to astronauts however there are only a select few eligible for that position. See you could have billions of potential lottery winners and millions of potential presidents but only a handful of a few thousand can acctually be an astronuat. So overall there is a more likely chance for YOU (referencing to everyone) to become president (if given enough time) than to become and astronuat.
@ilo34566 жыл бұрын
Well Luke take into account that there are no physical requirements to becoming president, to become an austronaut you need to have a certain level of endurance, lung capacity, and many other physical qualities, and psycological attributes are also taken into consideration

the drone looks to be around about a mid class drone maybe $100 to $200 and I'm assuming the propellers use electro magnets, or in other words there brushless I think that is the right terminology but anyway you can tell if the props (propellers) use magnets by looking to see if the cylinder that the prop is on has copper coils because that will be how the power gets transferred from the centre control panel to the magnets. And in real life you can try slowly applying pressure to rotate the prop and if it has magnets it should even just slightly jump into place. One of the main reasons some drones use magnets is because it means there is a lot less parts and it is harder to break the internals. In fact drones with electro magnets have no moving parts apart from the props.

Not size, but weight. In size they are probably 3 or 4 times wider and longer if not more. But the weight has to be severely cut back to allow the rockets to actually take off and to reduce the number of rockets that need to be produced and sent as they're not exactly reusable not at that time anyway. So most either burned up reentering the atmosphere or lost in space or unusable from a controlled crash landing (controlled via its own small thrusters to guide it somewhere predetermined as safe). Also a medium building size is subjective, but yeah they would've been very lightweight but overall much bigger.
