This is either an extremely well planned troll or they have been taught a very wild way of cooking.

@@chiclett Some errors is an understatement. It's not a Bolognese, it's a completely different dish so I'd say that's pretty wild calling it a Bolognese. There are no herbs in a Bolognese, no Garlic in a Bolognese also. This person didn't make a Soffritto either, and put some red powder in there. I mean, what is that? They also put 3 jars of chopped tomatoes over a tiny amount of grey boiled meat. after their pasta was nearly cooked. Bolognese takes around 4 hours to cook to tenderise the meat so that dish would have just been chewy and awful. Italians would be cringing at the fact you never eat Bolognese with Spaghetti, not to mention the fact that you don't put butter and oil in pasta. how the hell is the sauce supposed to be absorbed and stick to the pasta? If you're going to use Basil which you wouldn't in a Bolognese, you wouldn't chop it either, you tear basil in Italian cooking. Also, you don't just lump pasta in a bowl and chuck the sauce on top of it, you mix it. This whole dish was wrong in pretty much every way from ingredients to technique. I'd say that is pretty wild.

@@williamredpath861 Hahaha, Great reply! I`m not sure there was anything in the vid that point to a proper Bolognese. How can you cook the pasta before the sauce is finished, and yes it takes hours to cook.

@jasonbrindley7545 yeah, some people's ignorance astounds me sometimes. Another dish that people show complete ignorance to is Carbonara. They put things like cream and bacon in it. Wild!
