You should salt the chicken before cooking it rather than adding the salt to the sauce. Only cook the spaghetti 9 minutes and add it to the sauce to finish cooking. It will allow it to absorb more of the sauce. Remember, spaghetti has no flavor of its own. Add a bit of the pasta water if needed. I'd put more salt in the water before putting in the spaghetti. I eat a lot of spaghetti I make aglio & olio spaghetti often. I will have to try that chicken dish. It looks delicious! Thx

U normally bring the water to the boil before adding ur Pasta...And once you've transferred the pasta into the sauce,u hold back some ( maybe a Cup) of that Pasta water,so u can add it to the sauce ( to slightly thin it out.).But good job.

Great recipe and video, Chef. I would add some smokey bacon to the chicken, and a drizzle of oil to the boiling water to prevent pasta from sticking together, although your spaghetti looked perfect without it.

Never add oil to pasta water. It coats the spaghetti and prevents it from absorbing any sauce. If you separate the spaghetti like he did, once it starts cooking, it will no longer stick together. His initial note is in Arabic. Pork is not on his menu. 😮
