And he lives here for six months and there for the rest. Plus he works for himself so doesn't have time for anyone else. He is an international courier so is on the road most of the time. I know exactly what he spends as I do his books and my neighbours in Spain would grass him up if he took a woman there. I trust him and he trusts me. That is why it works for us. Plus I will be moving there full time next year 😃

Too much concrete surfaces in modern cities and not enough additional green areas planned to permit water run off . I see it everywhere I travel. The car reigns supreme. Gigantic car parks Convenience shopping . Not enough trees! Planners need to study where water naturally runs to in areas of heavy rains , but they have built on FLOODPLAINS for generations! The main concern if you look carefully is the whole area is made of concrete even the gardens are all covered over no dirt or grass anywhere so the rain can’t soak away it just flows down the steet. Like your bath full of water it can’t go anywhere until you pull out the plug. But these streets have a full up plug hole as well!
