A nice tidy and well kept golf resort, I.m a member of a golf society in Almeria and we get reduced green fee's from the golf courses where we play golf. We pay anything from 30 euros to 45 with a buggy, the 90 euros for a round at this golf resort not including a buggy is expensive. Thanks for the tour Shaun.

It was an early shot and most still getting out of bed but they are there - you will find most places in this part of Spain are in doors - too hot - when I first started looking and exploring Spain, some of the towns were like ghost towns. @ Yes Been all over Spain been Mazarron loads. I had a house near La Manga strip in Plays Paraiso sold it after 7 years. We turned up for a long holiday and found the street was full of English cars. Four families from Doncaster. And you will never guess I new them all. They all used to work at the same call centre...Not what we wanted it was like being back at home on Doncaster, how ironic. Anyway back to what I meant to say. lots of properties are empty and some places resemble ghosts towns. Then the summer arrives and you can't move ....

Hi there Shaun, my wife and I have watched a few of your videos of resorts in murcia and we love them, they are so helpful. We are thinking of purchasing a holiday home in murcia for us and the kids. I'm just wondering, in your opinion can you recommend a nice resort 🤔 We have checked out hacienda riquelme golf resort, condado de Alhama and Las terrazas and they all seem lovely, its very hard to decide which one would be best. Any advice or help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Ian, glad you enjoy the videos, there are so many Golf Resorts in the Murcia region and at the moment some are finding it hard with the Covid as some of the golf courses are closed. The 2 best ones I've been to so far are La Torre & Mar Menor Golf Resort. I have been in lock down this year so not been able to get out and visit these 2 to how things are at the moment. Hope that helps and hopefully you can get to visit these later in the year. Many thanks for watching :)

Looks a really lovely resort, and so well kept. I'm not sure if I'd like to live there though, I'm not into apartments, I much prefer a villa with its own pool and garden. Just personal preference really. Great video, keep them coming Shaun.
