They are still for Sale now at $3,650.000 I Viewed the Penthouse in January. Its dark inside and when i entered i asked them to turn the lights off too see how much Daylight comes in. 1.15 in the afternoon and felt like Dusk . Also the Master bedroom has a Glass shower thats so Big it takes up 40% of the Room . WHY ?. You only use a shower twice a day at most for 15 mins .. Should have used one of the other Rooms next to it as a walk in on suite. The Other Bedrooms are Tiny so small in fact you can only get a Queen size bed in them. But The Living area is actually Big but the Balconies are Narrow and Windy There are No Wind barriers at either end. These have been up for sale for 3 years now. If it was not for the size of the Bedrooms i would have made a offer of $3,200,000.
