Spam bots leave comments to fake dating sites or sites that promote adult content. These websites are always less then a year old, registered using cheap domains, hosted on free hosting site and DNS to cloudflare. Using domain follow tools or archive tools to trace the links to see who owns them can help gather data for reporting but the world they will never stop.
