I couldn't believe that when I visited Darwin a few years ago in November, the water coming out of the cold tap was so warm, that I was easily able to comfortably shower under it. It wasn't as if it was initially warm and then got cold, it was constantly warm water. Never showered with the hot water faucet on, at all, the whole time I was there. Crazy heat and humidity.
@karlschaetti293411 ай бұрын
My hot water trips, and I hardly bother reclosing the circuit. Kind of different in July, however.
@tennillej960110 ай бұрын
Same as here in nsw in summer you get no cold water at all out of any tap

Spanyos - it's not just the quality of food you eat. It is how you eat it. Most people don't chew their food enough. Don't just chew 3 or 4 times and swallow it. Chew 20 - 30 - 40 times till all your food is a soft mushy paste. Especially proteins. Makes it so much easier to digest. If you only chew 3 - 4 times, half the protein, carbs, fats don't get digested and just slip through your digestion system out your butt hole. It takes longer to eat, but you digest more, absorb more nutrients, absorbing more, which means you can eat less. Try it. After 3 days of chewing your food more, you will see the difference. Your kaka will slide out effortless as it is digested more. Less wiping / less cling ons, more energy in your system. You will notice a difference. Spread the word buddy.

The waterpark there is man-made and is actually the only safe place to swim in the entire city, because although it's sea water directly from the sea, it's blocked off with netting which stops crocs and stuff from entering. Anywhere outside of that, like at the beach Mindil Beach there's crocs and some kind of deadly jellyfish. There's danger/warning signs and everything.

@Streetw1s3r11 ай бұрын
The wet season is similar to places like Bangkok or South America, but the dry season in Darwin is properly dry like a desert and doesn't rain a drop from May until around October-November, I'm not sure Thailand has a full on dry season like that.

I'm from Sydney and there is zero night life and in any other City the bars and the clubs are pumping. In Sydney, finding food after 8pm is a stroke of luck because the city buzzes with the tranquility of a retirement village. Everything is the most expensive-groceries, parking, housing. If you live here, small talk never revolves around the weather; it's always about how unaffordable life in Sydney is. And that's fact Cuz.

My ninth year in Darwin and I rarely sweat to the point where it shows through my shirt - that said, the build up this year was a shocker. We've dodged a bullet so far compared to Queensland and northern NSW, but a cyclone could change all that over the space of a single weekend. Technically, Darwin IS a big country town but many of the 150K population retreat to McMansions in Palmerston and Coolalinga, leaving the CBD as dead as you appear to have found it. If the tenancy rates in those highrise apartments was even 70% you would have been surrounded by people in the Mall. Both of the cities I would compare it to are in Queensland - Toowoomba and Rockhampton - but neither has Darwin's highrise CBD. The NT government is spending money they don't have to improve the experience for people getting off cruise ships or staying in apartments down at the Waterfront, but an Art Gallery and a big Uni campus won't fix in-your-face alcoholism. Thanks for the video.
