He mentioned that the best relief for him was CBD Oils and Joints, he said they make him “feel comfortable in my body”. Although he has never mentioned anything about PTSD, I don’t think it’s out of the question but it could also be ADHD or something else. Nice observation though

Hi man, In fact, it is an International airport. You can get to other continents, not only inside Europe. To name some of the regular flights we had for the past years: Air Transat / Air Canada: Canada TAP: Brasil United: USA TAAG: Angola Emirates: Dubai Royal Air Maroc / Ryanair / EasyJet : Morocco ... and then you have the charters too. That difference in training is why I don't lift weights at all. I do all body weight resistance stuff. Like up downs and burpees and pull ups- push ups and then I skateboard. Feel in the best shape of my life. Skating keeps you flexible and learning tricks is hard and rewarding. Not to mention you learn how to fall. Just lifting is not that beneficial as you probably know. The strongest guy in the world would get knocked out in a second by the little manny paquio or however you spell it.
