the best way is training trainig and trainig, i play by tabs and notes, but easyest way is tabs :) so search for tabs, and before each playing train your fingers with easy exercise. much exercises is found in youtube, it will improve your finger speed and sound quality. P.S sorry for my english, i'm not best at it, have mistakes. Have a nice day:)) Guitar is the best instrument in world, in my opinion. :)
