Lose the breakfast bar and wrap cabinets with uppers on that wall. And the downstairs bathroom could use just a couple more feet for better shower access.

Está bien, pero con tanto espacio en la terraza superior se lo daría en espacio habitable en esa zona: habitaciones más cómodas, closets y aún así pueden hacer una terraza mediana mente cómoda oh un balcón.

Muy linda la fachada belleza de balcón pero debería de haber un baño en la parte de arriba para que los que están en el balcón y la habitación de arriba no tengan que bajar para ir al baño. Otra cosa las habitaciones muy pequeña podrías hacerla más grandes y que la sala, comedor y cocina sean abierta y la cocina tenga su isla y que tenga un espacio para el cuarto de lavar la ropa y que en la azotea tenga su Ruff gradens con jacuzzi y todo y sus lugar de asados. Saludos sigue así con esos tipos de modelos estilo playero de Ibiza y Santorini espectacular.

At least this one has a proper front door, even if no real entrance reception area. Right into the living room. Nowhere to remove outerwear such as coats, jackets, and rain gear not to mention nowhere to hang them and nowhere to put outdoor footwear. The other but is just bad design, and that is the kitchen. With the dining table right there, eliminate the idiotic breakfast bar and run the cabinet and work surface into the corner and then have it form a peninsula. That would about double the work top and cost next to nothing. Better yet make the work area a U by raising the windowsills and put the sink under the window. Refrigerator and pantry at the dining room end of the back wall, range in the short section of the U. Suddenly a hugely useful kitchen with plenty of storage and plenty of work surface, not to mention upper cabinets.
