Wow! I never really thought about the verb voy being used like this. I would have used the verb salí instead. Thank you so much for correcting what would have been an error. New Subscriber.

Hola!! I’ve just discovered your channel this morning! I’m in the United States. I’ve been learning Spanish for a little over a year, and I’ve seen hundreds of great tutorial videos. I’ve only watched a couple of yours so far, but I can tell you, they are among the best!! I like your teaching style as well as your presentation style and lesson format. You get right to the point and focus on what really matters. I also appreciate that you explain the differences between and demonstrate both Spain Spanish and Latin American Spanish. I have a 2 year old granddaughter growing up in Bolivia and it’s important to me to be able to communicate with her well as she grows. Thank you and God Bless you!!

Can "me voy" be used to say "I will"? As in: "¡Tenga un bien dia!" "¡Me voy!"
