Hi Keith, nice video! We are planning a trip to do the carros the foc trail but are wondering if the refugios alone are enough to rely on for food? Can you buy food there for breakfast the day after etc Kind regards!

Thank you!! I appreciate it. The refugios have you covered with dinner and breakfast if you reserve in advance. I brought my lunch and snacks for each day. I can't remember if you could buy food or snacks from the huts. I did buy some beer each night and they had other drinks. I would email the rangers on the carrosdefoc.com site. They were quick to respond with any questions I had. It's one of the best hikes! Enjoy!!

Very nice. How van you reach the park with public transport?

Thank you Michael! I had a rental car, so I’m not completely sure. I know there are buses from town to town around the park, as I took one back to my car in Espot.
