You're welcome. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm currently in Ontario on a flat water trip. I just found a magic spot with cell phone service and saw your comment. Thanks for watching.

Yes. 4 of the 5 canoes were Bell Yellowstone/Wildfire solos. Great river tripping boats.

"That got ugly"... the boat stayed upright, and dry. Good enough for me.

Thanks. Your comment made me laugh. By the end of that trip, I learned alot and was starting to enjoy the fast water.

Very nice tripping video. You know, if it was a video game, hitting every rock in the river would probably give you the highest score.

Nice work guys. I really enjoyed your documentary. I did the West ranch back in 2004 just like you from Sinker Creek to the elbow. I did the East branch 2 x in 1990 not as exciting as the West Branch.

Sorry about that. I was very glad for the screen on my hammock that kept them off me. I think they liked the glow of my phone and gathered around it as I recorded that clip. Overall they weren't too bad on that trip. Thank you for watching despite the trauma

I'm sure you've been told this before but, you need to kneel when running White water. Not only does it lower your COG , it moves you a little further forward, it allows you to control the boat with your thighs and it gives more purchase for your paddle.

Thanks for the sound advice. Unfortunately, because of an old knee injury, my right knee doesn't bend more than 90°, but I hope to overcome that someday. All my kneeling friends do so much better than me.
