Liliana, I am trying to go through several of your videos every day. Unfortunately, I forget most of what I learn in each video. I guess I'll need to repeat and repeat until more things stick in my brain.

Try watching a video a few times, then come back to it a few days to see how much you can recall. And go through it again. If you go watch multiple videos, you'll pick up a few words and phrases but will not remember most as our brains try to sort what's most important. But if you work on a video, then come back to it a few days later, you'll be working on your recall and pick up a few more words and phrases. I hope this helps!
