Oh, I’m so glad to have found this channel. I started learning Spanish two months ago and I have learned so many words but no real sentences. Any program I’ve listened to is beyond my comprehension. But this I can follow a little. I think if I listen to these programs every day I will make real progress. I’m 76 so my retention isn’t nearly as good as when I was in my twenties and learning English not in class but by hearing, reading and watching TV. What I find very hard is that I never learned grammatical terminology either in my native language German or English. Now I have to learn them. Sigh. I wondered if Olga is Russian? Her "R" is perfection. I can barely say the R.

I've been struggling for years and searching for reasons why I cannot seem to learn Spanish. Patience is what I need to work on and persistence even if it doesn't seem like I am making progress. You two are cute!! I will try to write all this in Spanish one day. 🙏

Hey David! Thanks for your message ;) Just a quick question: transcripts or subtitles? The thing is that we are not sure if we'll keep doing subtitles in both Spanish and English..

Me llamo Heinrich, soy aleman, y es interesante ver una persona de Rusia con ojos azules como en Alemania, pero hablando Castellano como alguien con "ojos negros", es decir, perfectamente. Забавная манера :-) Спасибо за рассказ. Правда, испанский текст я не понял совсем, т.к. знаю только глагол ser, и тот только в простом настоящем времени . Вся надежда на ваш совет о регулярности, которой, увы, пока нет. "Но, всё же, мы не привыкли отступать...." и "через четыре года здесь. " я смогу таки понять хотя бы половину из сказанного текста на испанском. А лучше даже, весь :) (ну, если буду жив, конечно)

¿Te refieres a la serie "Cuéntame"? El nombre completo es "Cuéntame cómo pasó", está en la página web de Radiotelevisión Española (RTVE). No sé si podrás verla desde el extranjero; quizá te ayude tener VPN. Puedes buscar en Google "Cuéntame cómo pasó RTVE".
