you can use scrap chimera as when its normal summoned you get to special summon raptor from grave, thus allowing you to link

Here’s what i’ve found using scrap raptor, most of these combos involve scrap golem and scrap chimera, but no bricks like the jurrac tuner or titano. Raptor + lost world = VFD + UCT + Wyvern (also 1 hand rip and 1 draw) Raptor + lost world = 3 material apollousa + laggia + uct + savage Ovi + baby = 3 material apollousa + laggia + uct + savage (misc in gy) Ovi + baby = 3 material apollousa + VFD + UCT (1 hand rip, 1 draw) Ovi + baby = wyvern + dweller + UCT + VFD (1 hand rip, 1 draw) Ovi + lost world = 3 material apollousa + laggia + UCT Raptor + misc = 3 material apollousa + UCT

Don't have to. With Scrap raptor dinos could already launch off on turn 1 with a VFD and Dragoon. That and ripping off a hand with the trishula used to make the dragoon

@@eririspencersawamura5291 If you use Dragoon you are disrespecting your deck. Having 3 garnets just to drop a broken card you don't need at all is an awful idea. If it was something like the gimmicky Earthbound Immortal engine that offers a possible FTK, I could get behind it. But Dragoon offers nothing new to dinosaur decks and can clogg up the hand with two vanillas you can't do anything with.

I ve also incorporated a small orcust engine (1 wand 1 knightmare 1 skele) to end on apo with 3 negates, laggia, uct masquerena and ding in gy with babel, which helps a lot in the eldlich matchup since you can go for zeroboros in ep.

Add and summon chimera instead. Golem can end up as a brick, but instead of popping petite with scrap wyvern, pop the scrap raptor, then proc wyverns effect to summon a golem from deck. From here you can do some other plays, such as going into a vermillion to banish a tuner to pop your petite. Vfd combos are easy from here with more board presence. You could also halq into a goblin, and pop the goblin instead of the raptor. If needed, you can link vermillion away for something, and end on a cloud castle through whatever means.

Bro I was on Titano sooo long ago! I never knew anyone else would even mention it! I made my Dino deck a VFD Laggia turbo, nearly every hand I got I could make at least VFD.

You missed out on a huge optimization here. Once you have archosaur + oviraptor + baby on field you should instead play like this: 1. Ovi pop baby to ss baby from gy 2. Baby summon raptor 3. Raptor + archosaur for wyvern 4. Wyvern summon raptor and pop raptor 5. Raptor adds chimera or recycler, wyvern summons raptor and pops baby 6. Baby summons petite 7. Raptor pop petite 8. Petite summons rex Ending situation: Extra scrap NS available In hand: pill + non-tuner scrap On field: Wyvern + raptor + oviraptor + rex Before: No extra NS In hand: pill On board: Wyvern + raptor + oviraptor + rex This essentially lets you summon an additional 1-2 monsters for free as you’re not losing out on a monster by popping a baby for raptors effect instead of itself. You also still get to search with raptor since wyvern triggers it

So if you wanted to expand on your first combo from the optimized ending situation I described: 1. Summon chimera 2. Chimera summons raptor from gy 3. Chimera + newly summoned raptor + wyvern for apollousa 4. Raptor + rex for savage (equip wyvern) 5. Pill banish chimera and rex for uct 6. Rex summon 7. Rex and oviraptor for laggia/dolkka/dweller This means you get an extra interruption for free

@@crypticking5010 not unless you play an additional brick (jurrac titano). The issue with making both vfd + savage is that requires an additional tuner which you won’t have access to, unless you use pill to get the 2nd level 9 required for VFD

Been experimenting with different decks over the last month. Today I decided to experiment with Dinos. 2 card combo (using scrap raptor as an extender) ended with UCT, Dolkka, Anaconda Dragoon. If Verte doesn’t get hit on the upcoming ban list (verte is the problem: gives any deck brave enough to play dragoon) Dinos are gonna be strong.

You don’t need scrap to get that end board, Ovi into misc into archosaur, pop baby, special Rex, archosaur into linkribo, linkribo and Rex into verte, pill Rex and linkribo into uct, summon Rex back, ovi and Rex into dolkka, verte into dragoon

In your combo, link off archosaur to linkuriboh, then inti gravity controller/secure gaurdna, it gives you another non dino target so you're not banishing wyvern from the gy which also gives you ammunition for accesscode effect.

For the last combo, you can bring back giant rex (after using pill) and then Link haqli with giant rex to make verti anaconda. So you can summon dragoon. So you have true king, verte and dragoon on your field.

Very interesting. I'll pass on it however, and stick to using True Kings to destroy my stuff. I can get very similar combos anyway (minus Apollosa wich I don't like using anyway). Also, using them gives me an easier time summoning the Link God Dragon to nuke the field and attack for game on the spot. (on perfect conditions all you need is 3 monsters including UTC, Oviraptor, Babycera and/or Misc on the hand, but the true kings help a lot when it comes to bypassing enemy hand traps, and provide additional muscle and an extra EARTH monster for when the conditions aren't ideal). Or if I feel like flexing, add a small Earthbound Immortal engine and try to go for the FTK. Also, PLEASE consider Supply Squad. It CAN be just a "win more" card, yes, but you have NO idea how useful the permanent card advantage can be, especially against a control deck.

Try on Scrap Golem. Note that Raptor is a lv4 Tuner, and Golem is lv5. 4 + 5 = 9, so you could try linking away Trish and bring it back with Cloudcastle for True King of All Calamities. Also since you mentioned the World Wand, try using Lib the World Key Blademaster for your Link 2. It's essentially a free Monster Reborn

U missed out a huge scrap combo. SS with the link 2 a lvl. 5 scrap monster from deck(I dont know the name rigth now). Than SS scrap recycler back sending world want. Making LIB. EFF. SS lvl. 5 monster back, eff. SS Scrap recycler back again, eff. sending any card to the GY thats matching the conditions. So Gizmek, orcust 4 orcustcombo or roseninx 4 a token.

Hard to say though, everyone (except me) though misc was going to 1 or 0 last list and it didn’t get touched and since then dino hasn’t appeared at all in top online events, so it’s hard to say dino won’t be full power when scrap raptor is released! There’s also even the possibility of more dino support (i dont think its going to happen but its possible)
