Truly transcendent. Even from beyond, Brother Spanky shows not only to other guitar players, but to ALL musicians the true gift of learning your instrument. Thru his ability to convey colors and emotions through the language of music, he forever changed the lives of the people blessed with the opportunity to ever hear, see or know him. I try to get my hands on anything this man has done, because he truly was the embodiment of what a musician could be and should be. Absolutely amazing...

Wow, that was simply awesome. The Man truely love his instrument and could play. I would like to end my comment by saying if we spent quality time with our instrument, we could also become as good, but than again I think Spanky had a special gift that enable him to extend his artistry far beyond diatonic harmonization at very early age. I had the pleasure of sharing the stage with him, man what I great guy, totally unselfish and willing to share. He is truely missed!
