Hi Richard, I really enjoyed your musical selections and the Goodsell sounds fine to me! Well done on the painting job and also the rescue and 'de-antlering' of the deer. He looks nicely at home on his tree stump! Warm Regards, Neil.

@@spannerworks1 Wow, Richard, that is superb! It's the same colour as mine too, or should I say, the same colour as it was many years ago, before the age related patina took over. my Moggy was £32,300 cheaper than this traveller though! If only a premium bond would come up trumps, I might well be in touch with them. . . I changed the coolant in mine this morning and intend to do an oil change tomorrow and then sort out any other little jobs that need doing. I took it out for a spin last week and it is running very nicely, although the brakes want adjusting up a little, I reckon. I hope Sunshine is doing well! Warm Regards, Neil.

Hi Richard, something that may interest you, until recently i worked at a extrusion company and my team leader who knew i was into vintage Hi Fi who by the way is still working there fifty years later came out of the stores and said look what i have just found, it was a die that was used to make some off the drive belts used on BSR decks and he explained the process as he sometimes had to run the job. The part i found interesting was to get the rubber extrusion to run from the die to the haul off that's the machine that pulls the rubber down a twenty foot long tank full of water he first had to run a fine thread into the molten rubber which supported the thin molten rubber otherwise it would just keep breaking at the die. After it had been cut to length which was also done in line it was then welded to make the finished belt. So one of BSR'S old die's still survives. i did enjoy that first record, All The Best Baz
