Implementation of Sparsh is done very shabbily by the pcda. The data of all pensioners are captured in the Sparsh through details available on the pension disbursement bank rather than respective records offices. Due to this, almost every pensioners is having mistakes in their personal details. Correcting these details will be an herculean task. Role of record offices for Sparsh migration is unknown. Banks are doing their well and what is the necessary for PCDA to take the role of banks for pension disbursement?

Sir,I did pdv on 010623 without otp verify by save and next and successfully submitted,got request token number. Koi problem hoga kya? Second thing - macp is mandatory with 4 options(No macp, macp1, macp2, macp3).I am defence civilian retired on Nov,1999. I choose 'no macp'.Document wanted part2 order which I did not have. So I uploaded discharge certificate. Koi dikkyat hogi kya? Kindly reply. Thanks. .

PCDA SPARSH' has finally enabled their portal to all pre-2016 Pensioners. But SPARSH has yet to process and complete several lakhs of pending cases. As long as they do this on priority, pensioners cannot do further correction and updation in their personal, family and Bank particulars.

@@dinabandhupal1433 PCDA SPARSH portal is now opendedfor updation and corrections on line. But, if you have carried out updation and corrections work earlier and PCDA SPARSH kept the correction work pending since Nov 2022. Once PCDA SPARSH corrects and resolves all several lakhs of pending service requests, then only individual pensioners can carry out further corrections/updation of their personal and family particulars No one from PCDA SPARSH usually attend the complaints. Better, you try through your Record Office, they have provisions to correct the profile in PCDA SPARSH portal. My case is kept pending since 10 Nov 2022. (More than 200 days)
