How an old exsoldiers will go to 50 to 100 kms one way for availing service center facilities. One has to fished put more than Rs 1000/ for one trip. Forget if anyone is available at the chair or electricity is available at the right time.

If you commit a slight error in feeding your password your sparsh account will be locked at once without giving you a 2nd or third chance. Despite repeated attempts you wont be able to open the account. The human touch is missing in new system which a big harassment particularly for old people like me who are above 85. Even visiting nearest common service centre is a big struggle. But who cares for old soldiers. The new breed of people who are given power to frame rules are lacking sensevity

Yes, reason of pending must be intimated to the pensioners so that supporting documents may be provided by the pensioners to sparsh to enable correction. Why it is keeping pending for unlimited period?

Very nice video with valuable information. Sir, Can I put my wife's date of birth in SPARSH ?? Because, the total age of my wife is written in my old PPO, whereas in all my service documents including my discharge book and ECHS Card, the DOB of my wife is written. Or I should approach to Record office through Zila Sainik Board which is a very lengthy process. Thanks.

Ye sparsh actually is kuch nalayak bewakuf logo duara operated ek funny circus jaha kuch vi varosha nahy he,,,,is ka naam he system of pension adminstration Raksha,,,,kaisy system kavi advance sms date he kavi nahy!!! Kavivi baad me sms milta he,,,,aab mahina ke last date mevi sabki pension credit nahy hua!!!!
