I've learned a lot from these videos. My sparring technique has always been defensive and backing off a lot. Recent spar sessions I have gone in close with a tight guard and have i been more effect in landing puches and kicks. Once I realised I wasn't made if glass it gave me whole lot more. Thank you guys. Keep up the good work.

Think Diedrick would benefit a lot from drilling some catch and counters or even some head movement with his boxing, so he doesnt need to put on the ear muffs and just take punches. this is combat sports, they are not going that hard to the head mostly to the body, most damage is caused when you don't expect what will happen these guys cover up well and no what to expect therefore there has never been any injuries. i have seen more people get knocked out playing than sparring a little harder. but for the most part its hard to the body. its not for everyone though and that is totally fine.
