I was looking through some messages on Telegram channels and I spotted a video which appears to show a Russian woman being denied service at your bank simply because she was Russian. Can you confirm if there is a policy of apartheid against Russians in force at your bank? If this video is not a fake and you do not have such policy can you let me know what steps you will take to find the victim and apologise / compensate her and what steps you will take to avoid a recurrence.
