Not with regular aggressive trail riding on 28" Blackwater Evos. But my CV joint failed on me when i was getting out of a super deep mud hole. Video is in my playlist, check it out.

DC that is muffler packing that gets embedded on the spark arrestor screen. It has to be cleared out every so often. I had quite a hard time getting it to slide out because of that.

yes its been rebuilt now for months and runs great. The recent uploads are from a couple weeks after the rebuild.

Hard to hear. But it has a slightly deeper tone in person. Lots of people ask what kind of exhaust is that in my riding videos because it sound a little more ballys. I tell them the stock lol

Just be mindful if you ride In climates experiencing drought or elevated forest fire risks.

Absolutely, sparks can project out of the exhaust and start a fire if conditions are right.

Have you noticed if your atv runs cooler with the spark arrestor out? Just curious because if it runs cooler i might consider removing mine.

it runs the same coolant temp. No difference from what i notice on both my machines. As long as the spark arrestor is clear and not clogged with muffler fibers. Its doesnt affect flow.
