Spark Life Science Campus 1.0

In Raleigh, North Carolina, a vast 97-acre site and bouts of torrential rain brought challenges to the Spark Life Science project. Hear how the project team adjusted and stayed on schedule with the help of self-perform work.
The Spark Life Science campus aims to meet the growing demand for lab and biomanufacturing space in North Carolina. Phase 1 will include a research and development lab and office building, two biomanufacturing cGMP buildings, a fitness center, amenity spaces, a campus leasing and conference center, and a 966-space parking deck.
