I had a similar problem with my 2022 petrol manual Nexon at 33,500 km. SC installed the new set of sparkplug in 2nd major services (30,000_Km) , out of which one spark plug was culprit . Out of the three pistons, one piston sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t, but there was no warning light on the dashboard. The only noticeable issue was that the car wasn’t producing enough power, especially on uphill roads. Sagar Motors tried various solutions for two weeks, including changing the ignition coil, cleaning the fuel pump, and cleaning the throttle body. Finally, replacing the spark plugs fixed the issue. Those two weeks were a nightmare for me.

Sagar motors is always like this, i can understand your pain it is not that tata make bad product it is the service center who make this worst. even we faced this in our honda city 6 months back also as metnioned in video in brezza that is how we came to know this could be the issue and we guided the service center guys to check the spark plug first and indeed that was the issue

As per Nexon's user manual, Spark Plug needs to be replaced every 2 yr. Was it replaced in 2 yr?
