I have tested both used and new plugs for my car. neither new or old plugs have any resistance even though there should be. any comments?

most problem's with spark plugs particularly in connection with classic cars and motorcycles are caused by two things , over use of the choke and poor carb set up , this causes carbon build up on the insulator " this cannot be cleaned off with a wire brush , you need a media cleaner . if you have a air compressor you can get a cheap plug cleaner on line.

Thank you for the video. I tested my spark plugs. It shows 20k 4.06 ohm and 4.50-4.60 ohm. However, it does not show short circuit in buzzer mode, the buzzer does not beep. I do not understand what is good or bad.

Meters can't check plugs for cracked insulators, you have to put voltage through and view the spark. There is only one that can the Dechmont spark plug testing kit.

I think you need a 50,000 volt megger, not a multimeter.
