These would work much better if teachers communicate with parents when moving a scholar from one grouping to another.Your child will tell you they are now moved from class A to Blue class and you don't even know what does that mean in their learning development.Even kids themselves don't know why they are moved around they will be told it doesn't mean anything that's all.
