What is the part number for the seal and piston replacement kit and the lubrication kit for this pump model?

Hi Thom, Our pump is supplied to OEM partners only. This means if you would like to order parts for this pump you can contact the company you bought this pump from. The maintenance kit you're looking for will probably connect with spare part number 0770.7xx or 0774.7xx . The maintenance kit will contain all the replacement parts required for maintenance as well as the lubrication kit which is required for yearly maintenance of the pump drives. Hi Team, I have problem with the compressibilty and I was change the outlet valve. inlet valve and piston seals, but haver the same problem. Could you help me with this issue?

Hi Claudia, first of all I would like to thank you contact us via our KZbin channel. I hope the videos captured are suitable for troubleshooting. Compressibility errors are mostly caused by air inside the pump inlet flow path. calculation of the compressibility value is performed in the primary pump head during the Pre-compression of the solvent taken from the solvent bottle. If air is taken from the solvent bottle (because a solvent inlet filter is blocked) the primary pump head is not able to calculate a correct compressibility value. If tubing connections are loosened on the wash wash block (located above the pump heads) air is entering the inlet flow path as well. Check the connections for their condition. Please note compressibility error will just occur if the pump was not able to calculate a correct value after 5 complete pump strokes! Log file can be taken from the pump to be evaluated, which prevents parts are replaced unnecessary. please contact me on [e-mail] if additional support is required. kind regards, Edwin Görtz
