They need a "play now" mode. I don't wanna play ranked, I don't wanna run a tournament and I don't wanna sit in a lobby and wait for someone to also be as annoyed about ranked as I am to play with the same people over and over. I just wanna quick mode with DP, that doesn't have anything to do with rank. That way people will just play the game and have fun. If I wanna run ginyu force or the z fighters I don't wanna run up against giants, androids or giant androids so they can cheese their way to Z Rank by spamming unblockables.

I think the only thing that really fucking annoys me is laggy ass players. Even subtle lag changes the timing for vanishes/super counters. I can handle sparking cheesers, but lag on a game that needs inputs, input at certain times makes this shit a nightmare. At least storm had resources to get out of situations smh.

The problem isnt even cheesy strats. It's that people rage quit when someone gets around it. Finding and beating cheese is a common cycle in a lot of fighters but people here are the normal intermediate where they are too hardcore wanting to win to be considered casual and too willong to ragequit tinbs considered competitive.

I get the feeling most ppl dont know how to play. They just pick the strongest character and cheese their way to victory without actually knowing how to play on a basic lvl. You have to remember no matter how strong a character is, if the other player has the fundamentals down as well as game mechanics, you most likely will lose with these op characters. I believe thats why ppl rage quit. They expect to win with cheese but cant play the game at all on a mechanic and fundamental lvl.

Argin, there is great movement tech out there to beat perception reliant players. Alternatively, you can z burst dash and side step, or sometimes even double side step into heavy attack. This will stagger them for follow up, beat their attempts at throwing or doing their own light attacks to steal a turn, and beat blocking/perception. Players like this are easy to open up!

I don't get the hate for spamming perception. I love it when my opponent relies heavy on perception. You can ki blast them, grab them, side step to get behind them, vanish strike, supers. You have so many options to play around perception. Out of all the broken things in this game, perception is the least of my worries.

Ironically, half of those things you listed can easily be played around while STILL just spamming perception. Currently, you can hold the perception button while mashing the block button to automatically tech any grabs during the perception animation. As for ki blasts, for whatever reason you can take them to the face and then just mash perception the moment the hit stun wears off and get the counter off the moment they try to hit you with a follow up. And for the vanishing strikes and side stepping all they have to do is let go of perception for a split second and then press it again and it’ll automatically re-orient them to face the opponent when they re-appear. It’s so stupid that you have to do so much counter play to get around your opponent pressing one button that beats every option. Perception is currently a one-size-fits-all defensive option and it’s just brain dead.

Most players don't have the reaction time to consistently counter my side step when I catch them holding perception. What I have a problem with is super counters. Super counter is just a free get out of jail card that most players just spam. It's dumb it's a combo breaker that's always in play, combo breakers should always run on a resource. It defeats the purpose of revenge counters. Just remove super counter, and buff revenge counter. Perception is fine as long as you can grab them without it getting teched.

Most trunks playlers dont play him for the "cheese". He just happens to have insta spark and an "unblockable" ult. I main mid goku teen gohan and trunks and I would also use trunks without the insta spark and unblockable. Its different cuz he is not really known as a cheese character in generell

Unfortunately that's just the way people are going to be. Today was my last straw so I will give the cheese back (unless I'm facing a fun character). I got stuck in a loop by a Gero that would use 1 skill count for super armor, fire ki blast, which he doesn't have to charge ki for since he's an android, to keep me stuck in an animation so he could spam the grab. I get stuck in the recovery animation, he dragon rushes behind me and grabs again over and over. I'm not HIM so I can't play around that shit the regular way. Hence why I will give them a taste of their own medecine from now on Edit : The amount of people spamming unblockable ults and rage quitting on the spot every time I dodge them is crazy too. I'm so tempted to send them a lil "get gud". If you're gonna rage quit at least let it be because of some bullshit mechanic or something

@ Extremely easy to spam and what made it worse is that you had supports that could lock your opponent down where they can’t do anything and then you can break their guard for free damage. Sparking is almost 1:1 with BT3 but it’s just the players that ruin the game. Using Z Broly m, Jiren, Beerus to spam ki blast in sparking mode which locks you down then they get a free unblockable ultimate for 25k+ damage.

@Diavolo018 well super counters are very different than perception. Sure it's similar but much harder to achieve consistently. Perception can be easily played around. Side step. Super counters are skill based whike perception isn't. I mean i feel this dude just wants the opponent to let him win and do nothing. Everytime he's countered he cries. That's the game mechanics. I've honestly never had any lag issues. I have an ethernet cable.. I feel alot of what he's complaining about can be easily fixed by either fixing your setup or getting better at the game. The biggest thing that needs to be fixed is quitters having no consequences. Most of what ppl complain about can really be fixed if they just get better at the game. I mean it's like a kid getting mad because you beat them in checkers🤣 2:08 was 100% a skill issue. He rushed a sparked opponent with low health 😂 he has no defense really.
