Chinese was my first language, but i was born in the US so I learned English really young and speak it completely fluently! I probably speak very casually with a lot of slang, but everything is grammatically correct :))

Hey Tiff - just a quick correction (sorry!!). What you're calling a single crochet when making your chain is actually... a chain stitch :) a single crochet is when you enter a stitch, yarn over, pull through, then yarn over and pull through that through the two loops on your hook. It's also known as a double crochet in UK terms. I was just hoping to prevent people from getting confused when they see single crochet elsewhere if they're not familiar with crochet.
