I never capitalize after a colon unless it's a proper noun, day of the week, month, name of an important place, etc.

Sometimes I get confused about why we use a comma before INCLUDING and WHICH. I try to search for more information about this topic, but it doesn't satisfy me. If possible, make one video about the use of comma in-depth.
