I would consider it an intermediate trail. It's mostly bumpy from rocks and roots, with a couple 1-foot steps.

@@rickmesta6033 I would look at www.trailforks.com for a map of all the trails at China Camp. Trails like the Bay View Trail are rated for beginners.
