You're a good teacher. I love the progression and breakdown. Me, I'm here because i couldn't do a pistol squat. But upon watching your video i can do one (supported). Not bad for almost 50. Can you do a video on Mohawk turns.

This made the shoot the ducks way easier for me! My coaches taught me to glide in a sitting position first and lift your leg while you are down. I had the same problem with the bending over in the beginning because of this. Thank you for this video!

The problem I have, being older, is flexibility. I try to do a Shoot the Duck but, well, my body doesn't bend that way. That's particularly frustrating because, yeah, I'll need the position for sit spins when I reach that point.

Basically this is a good video. Also basically this is word is your go to word.... lol.... Lost how count how many times you said the word basically. Its ok !!!! Basically this is a good tutorial and we got some good instruction !!!! :)
