Mine doesn't shine as much anymore could you help me clean it? I've used the cleaning cloth but it still looks dull.

They never get back to the exact whiteness they had from the factory, however, I can get it pretty close after a good cleaning. Connoisseurs disposable silver wipes work better on tarnish than the cloths do. Still doesn’t get in between the links, so, here’s what I do: take a small sheet of foil shiny side up and lay the chain on it, coil the chain so you have the whole chain touching the foil. Pour baking soda on covering all of the chain. Now fold the rest of the foil over top of the chain so it’s wrapped tightly. When you do this leave the ends of the foil open or create an opening for water to enter. Boil a small pot of water with a tablespoon or two of salt in it. Once brought to a rolling boil simply drop the foil wrapped chain into the pot, wait a few seconds then turn off the heat. If done correctly it will be fizzing and bubbling for a few minutes. It shouldn’t take any longer than 5 minutes for the tarnish to get removed. With a chain I usually have to repeat this process a few times to get every last bit of tarnish & restore the original beauty of the silver. Afterwards wash it in water, wrap it in a towel and/or let it sit on a towel in the sun to dry. Then you can use a cloth on it. When storing your chain always keep it in a sealed bag without air, and use anti tarnish strips (available online). Hope this helps.
