It's a wax pencil and I've left a link to them in the description. You just sharpen it like a regular pencil and start picking up the gems!

How do you wash these so you don't lose the bling?

Hand wash and if you use an industrial glue, like gorilla glue (clear) they will be just fine!

They are washable with the right industrial glue. Use a clear Gorilla glue in small amounts.
