Unfortunately, that was proven false, and Bobulinski can only blame it on notes wrongly taken by "junior FBI agents". So, he immediately becomes a non-first person witness making interpretations from the same emails and text messages we've had for years. If those were enough, why didn't the impeachment happened. If Bobulinski personal interpretations strengthen those emails and texts, why isn't the impeachment going forward today? These are the truth that is actually happening.

The entire time all the Dems did during hearing was attempt to protect Hunter from his perjured testimony as well as save Joe from his inaccuracies of comments he has stated when questioned. Facts are trickling in which counter what the Bidens has claimed as the truth. This is how inquiries proceed; slow and steady investigations and the ones who yell most, are usually the ones lying.

The Rules of Evidence specify that every element of a crime charged must be supported with competent evidence for the Grand Jury to return an indictment. For example, The crime of murder consists of (1) the death (2) of a human (3) at the hands or or by the agency of another person or other persons (4) with premeditation or malice aforethought or willful and wanton disregard of human life. No indictment can be returned if even one of those elements is not supported by evidence. Entering a political race does not confer immunity from prosecution. If it did, every crook would be running for office.
