Easiest Swing

Easiest Swing

Жыл бұрын

Today you will learn - Why golf WAS hard until I changed this common misconception. Golf can become so much easier when you stop trying to keep your head still in the golf swing. It is golfs biggest myth and one of the biggest mistakes a golfer can make. Easiest Swing demonstrates how to improve your golf swing, stay on plane and strike the ball better by moving your head. If you feel like golf is hard, then watching this video will help to change this from 'is' to 'was'. Don't keep your head still and unlock your Easiest Swing, become more consistent and improve rapidly.
Easiest Swing is all about playing golf in a more natural way and looks to free golfers from contrived and awkward positions in their effort to conform. We believe all golfers have an in-built “Easiest Swing” and way to play, once released from conventional “rules” their golf swing and game becomes more repeatable and comfortable.
Keeping your head still makes the game more difficult than it really is. In this video we explain why it is OK to have some head movement, how it works and how to adopt it into your game. Once you grasp this simple movement you will be released from a misconception that plagues the game.

Thanks Kenneth I am glad you like hearing some of Brian's ideas again. It has taken us a while to get this all moving along again but keep an eye out for an 'announcement soon' as we will be launching a place for all of Brian's followers to meet and share ideas. He was determined to create a community for people to share ideas and had worked on it for a couple of years but we have carried it on and we will be going live with this within a month.

Thanks Philip for that - trying to get back on board with the easiest swing having strayed to the darkside recently (getting caught up with the technical tangles of the "modern swing"). So nice to hear the clear explanation of why the easiest swing is such a natural body movement. This will get me back on track.

Hi Rick, this is a story we often hear and this is why Brian created the concept of a community where people could go before returning to the dark side! By hearing other's stories and engaging with the coaches again we hope this will make it a lot easier to stay on board. Stay tuned to the channel as we hope to announce something very soon!

Thank you for the lovely easy swing advice. I am 70 years old and struggling to hold onto my single figure handicap. I have, in the 6 months, developed a really bad case of the shanks. Really pleased to hear you love the Easiest Swing concepts. It's a common worry of yours and a misconception that ES means sacrificing distance. It's quite the opposite. You reduce effort, but not power. Most golfers that adopt it successfully see an increase in clubhead speed and more distance, yet less effort to achieve it. Brian always had two recommendations or thoughts in cases such as this- 1) when you build a fear of this happening are you likely to move more or become more static? 2) try practising, placing a second ball about two inches further away from you then hit the nearer ball whilst missing the outside one. Often the feeling of overactive shoulders is due to a lack of turn in the backswing (as in point 1). Hope this helps
