This is the first video in the series on sparring drills, where I suggest practice drills to improve sparring techniques, combinations, strategies, footwork etc. The sparring drills are mainly focussed on Taekwon-Do free-sparring but can also be used for kickboxing or any similar martial art.
This video is aimed at beginner to intermediate level to explain how to use and develop the front leg side kick used against an avancing opponent.
