Regarding OROP3 revision. Any revision entitlement Sparsh or PCDA concerned office should send revised PPO whether change in entitlement or not to all Defence Pensioners without fail. Then only pensioners will know whether they got any benefit from the concerned OROP. Total failure in the proper functioning in Pension authority offices since no proper intimation given to the pensioners. Let us appreciate the inefficiency of officers and offices. It is funny that someone is celebrating OROP3 even though it is not properly implemented to all pensioners. India is digitalised but I believe pension offices functioning. Manually hence this delay. Whom to blame?
